Create your PDF document with SiDiary
With SiDiary you have several options for creating PDF documents from your reports. If more than one of the options is available on your system SiDiary will ask you which one you want it to use.

If you have installed the free OpenOffice tool on your computer, SiDiary will show you this option. Here you can download your free copy of OpenOffice. |

Of course SiDiary is supporting Microsoft's Office package too. But you need to have a licenced copy of Office 2007 and you must install the free PDF-AddIn from Microsoft. |

A very common way for creating PDF is to use a PDF printer driver. If you have installed such a "PDF-printer" all applications can print to this driver and it will create a PDF file for you. There are many tools either commercial (i.e. Adobe Acrobat) or freeware printer drivers (i.e. like PDF995). |

If none of the above is possible on your system you can use the SiDiary Online server to do the job - you'll just need an internet connection. SiDiary will send your report to the server and gets back automatically the PDF document. |
