I did not receive the registration/licence email yet

Our licence server is sending the appropriate emails not later than 5 minutes automatically when we have received your payment.
If you have paid with a credit card or a direct payment with PayPal, you will get an email immediately with subject "Thank you for choosing a SINOVO product".

If you haven't received such an email after a few minutes please check carefully your SPAM-filter settings!

Unfortunately the automated emails are filtered sometimes so that they will not go directly into your inbox but into the spam-folder (where you can find them usually in such a case)!
